Principal Project Scientist

I earned my Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, specializing in biochemistry and nanotechnology.

I currently work as a Principal Project Scientist at the innovation Hub for Rice Fortification, CRDT, IIT Delhi.

My research focuses on developing aptamer-based biosensors for the detection of aflatoxin B1 (Mycotoxin), using lateral flow assays (LFA) and enzyme-linked apta-assays (ELAA).

My work involves aptamer screening, assay development, and optimization of colorimetric detection systems for sensitive and rapid toxin detection in food and feed samples.
